He committed this crime in a planned and conscious manner. He said that if he didn't settle, his wife would pay. He laughed at Turkish courts. He said that Turkish courts could be deceived. And by prolonging the trials, he profited from the depreciation of money," a Polish businessman told Polish police.

His Polish company is one of the most reliable companies in Europe in the plastics trade.

10 years ago, having problems settling accounts with a company in northern Italy, he asked the most famous detective agency in Europe, KRZYSZTOF RUTKOWSKI, for help.

In a lightning-fast operation, the image of the fraudulent CEO, who was posing as a warehouse worker, was handed over to the Italian police. Armed Carabinieri units entered the fortress that housed the Italian fraudster's company. Barbed wire and barbed wire proved ineffective.

That's why this time I also asked Krzysztof Rutkowski's group for help. He has repeatedly carried out successful operations in Turkey and the Middle East. And he cooperates very effectively with the local police," explains the Polish businessman today.

What's his current problem?

"I was duped by a Turkish entrepreneur with a Belgian passport named Yunus Emre S. From April to September 2024, he posed as a millionaire, driving around expensive hotels and restaurants in Istanbul and Adana. And when we brought him a truckload of plastic wrap worth €37,000 to Adana in September 2024, he suddenly started lying and saying he was bankrupt," the Pole exclaims.

On websites, he promotes himself as an "ecological contractor for pond flooring." In restaurants and hotels, the names of which our editorial team has obtained, he portrays himself as a prestigious businessman. There, he appears with his wife, Gamze Erdemir S., who owns CHASE and is a high-ranking director of INTERGLASS LTD.

"When he came to Poland, he assured me that if there was any problem paying for the goods, his wife would pay. To prove it, he gave me a stamp with his wife's company information," the Pole says.

"When we were sitting in expensive restaurants with his wealthy friends, he would laugh at the Turkish courts. He said he knew how to 'twist' them. Because if a creditor goes to civil court, the case drags on for years and the value of money decreases," he says.

"He said he was deliberately driving one company into bankruptcy, siphoning off money, and doing business with another company. And he wasn't paying the first company's debts," adds the Polish businessman.

The payment deadline for the foil delivered by the Polish company expired in January 2025.

"Since then, Yunus Emre S. has not contacted me at all. He acted like a common thief who took my goods and has no intention of settling the accounts," the Polish businessman said in August 2025.

Our editorial team managed to reach this Turkish businessman by phone. Despite the wealth he displays in his social media profile photos, he casually claims he's broke and has no money.

According to what the Pole said, he refers the case to a civil court with a mocking tone.

I'm bankrupt," he declared in a telephone conversation with our editorial team.

"I'm just winding up the business now. And when I have the money, I'll want to settle the accounts," said Yunus Emre S.

But Pole, after a successful operation initiated with the Polish police and the RUTKOWSKI office and concluded with the Italian carrabinieri and the Italian tax police, know that fraudsters can be effectively fought on the basis of criminal law.

"I will do everything I can to ensure that the police clarify the role of his wife, Gamze Erdemir S., in committing these crimes. And that she be punished in accordance with Turkish and European law," he added.

The Polish police took this report very seriously. They have already launched an investigation, which means international action will be taken.

Krzysztof Rutkowski has already offered his assistance in this operation. He recalls that, in another fraud case in Turkey, excellent cooperation was established with the Head of the Criminal Investigation Department at the National Police Headquarters in Istanbul. He assured them of extensive assistance within the framework of Interpol's operations.

"This is a very important signal, because this fraudster conducts business in Istanbul, and I was even there with him. He cannot be allowed to defraud further contractors. It is best for the business community that Yunus Emre S. is behind bars as soon as possible," the Pole believes.

It is already clear that a report will be filed with the Turkish police regarding the possible illegal collaboration of Yunus Emre S. with court officials.

"Because how is it that he so confidently refers everyone to civil court, convinced he'll find support there? We need to check if there's corruption involved?" -  says the Polish businessman.

According to Turkish and European law, only the fraudster's immediate settlement with the creditor can end all international activities. After speaking with the journalist, the Turk called the Pole and paid him €1,000. But shortly thereafter, he fell silent and refused to answer any questions. And he refuses to settle accounts. This can be seen as another cynical ploy to camouflage his conscious, criminal activities.
